Privacy

This page explains what happens to the details you send Sol Exterior Specialists LLC through this website.

What we collect

When you use the price box, it runs in your browser. Nothing is sent until you choose to text, email or send a request.

When you send a request, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email if you give it, the address to be cleaned, who referred you, your quote, your preferred day, and how you heard about us (for example, the door hanger or business card QR code).

When you use the referral page, we receive your name and phone number, and the names and phone numbers you list for people who said we may contact them. We contact each listed person once about a cleaning, and not again if they say no.

When you text or email us, we receive your message and your phone number or email address, as with any text or email.

How we use it

Only to reply about your cleaning: to confirm your price and day, send your estimate and invoice, schedule the work and follow up on it. We do not sell or rent your information.

Where it is kept

Requests go to QuoteIQ, the scheduling and invoicing software we use, and we get an email notice. Payments are handled by our payment processor through the invoice. These companies process your details for us under their own security and privacy terms.

Texts

If you send a request, we may text you about it. If you tick "Text and email me reminders", or join a Valley Shield plan and ask for reminders, we text and email you before each plan visit: up to 6 reminders per visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts unless you ask for them.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.

Analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers. If we turn on website statistics, we will use a privacy-friendly service and list it here.
